Membership and Purchase Help

• Weekly Membership: an auto-renewable subscription. Introductory offers and renewal prices are shown on the App Store purchase confirmation sheet.
• Lifetime Pro: a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks Pro features in the current App.
• Restore Purchases: open Settings - Unlock Pro in the App and tap Restore Purchases with the Apple ID used for purchase.
• Cancel subscription: open the iOS Settings app, go to Apple ID - Subscriptions, select this App, and cancel the subscription.
• Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Submit refund requests through Apple’s Report a Problem page.

FAQ

• Why can a compressed file become larger? High-quality output, format conversion, keeping resolution, or keeping metadata may increase file size. Try lower quality, smaller resolution, or a more space-saving format.
• Does the App upload my files? No by default. Media processing is performed locally. Files are sent to other services only when you choose to share them through the system share sheet.
• Why do some features require Pro? Pro formats, advanced controls, audio tools, video-to-audio, and batch workflows require more local processing capability and are provided as Pro features.
• What if a task is interrupted? If the system closes the App or a task is unfinished when you leave, the task may fail. Open task details and try again.
• How can I free storage? Use Settings - Clear Cache to delete temporary files and thumbnails. Files exported to Photos, Files, or other locations must be managed there.

Features

The App supports image compression, video compression, audio compression, format conversion, audio extraction from video, batch processing, result preview, saving to Photos, and system sharing. Actual supported formats depend on the current App version.
