1. Acceptance
Welcome to All-in-One Compressor & Converter (the “App”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the App.
2. Services
The App provides local media processing tools, including but not limited to:
- Image compression, image format conversion, and merging multiple images into PDF;
- Video compression, video format conversion, and video to GIF;
- Audio compression and audio format conversion;
- Audio extraction from video;
- Batch tasks, progress tracking, result preview, saving to Photos, and system sharing;
- Default settings, custom presets, cache cleanup, and processing history.
Actual features depend on the version installed on your device.
3. Pro Features and In-App Purchases
The App provides basic free features and Pro features through Apple App Store in-app purchases. Pro features may include pro formats, advanced controls, audio tools, video to audio, batch processing, and batch export, as shown in the App.
- Weekly Membership: an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Lifetime Pro: a one-time purchase. After purchase, Pro features in the current App are unlocked permanently. This does not include any separate app, separate service, or future paid item that is clearly offered separately.
- Prices and offers: actual prices, introductory offers, renewal prices, and availability are shown on the in-app purchase screen and the App Store purchase confirmation sheet.
- Management and cancellation: you can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID subscription settings.
- Restore Purchases: after reinstalling or switching devices, use Restore Purchases in the App with the same Apple ID to sync valid purchase status.
- Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. The developer cannot directly process or guarantee refunds.
4. Local Processing and User Responsibility
The App processes files you choose locally by default. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights or permissions needed to process, convert, save, and share those files.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Processing or distributing illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, violent, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content;
- Circumventing DRM, access controls, copyright protection, or technical protection measures;
- Processing, converting, or sharing copyrighted content without authorization;
- Reverse engineering, cracking, tampering with, or abusing the App or its local components, except rights permitted by applicable open-source licenses or law;
- Using the App in a way that may harm others, the developer, the platform, or the public interest.
6. Output and Quality
Compression and conversion results depend on the source format, codec, image or video complexity, resolution, bitrate, audio settings, device performance, and system capabilities.
- Estimated output size is only a pre-processing estimate and may differ from the actual result.
- High-quality settings or format conversion may produce files larger than the original.
- Some formats require Pro features, system capability, or open-source component support, as indicated in the App.
- Leaving the App, system resource limits, insufficient storage, or abnormal source files may cause task failure.
7. File Saving and Backup
The App does not overwrite original files by default. Output files are saved in the App sandbox, and you may save them to Photos or export them through the system share sheet.
Please back up important files yourself. Deleting the App, clearing cache, deleting history, or system storage issues may remove files stored inside the App sandbox.
8. Third-Party Components and Open Source
Some media processing features may use FFmpegKit, FFmpeg, and related open-source media libraries. These components are provided under their respective open-source licenses.
You can view open-source license and source code information in Settings - Open Source Licenses and Source Code. Users may exercise rights granted by the applicable open-source licenses.
9. Intellectual Property and Privacy
The App’s interface design, business logic, text, icons, software code, and related content are protected by law, except for third-party open-source components and user-owned content.
You retain the rights you lawfully own in the media files you import and process. The App does not acquire ownership of your media content. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” The developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations on every device, system version, media file, or use case.
The developer is not responsible, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for losses caused by user error, abnormal source files, insufficient device storage, system restrictions, disabled permissions, third-party services, platform policy changes, or force majeure.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms based on feature changes, legal requirements, or platform requirements. Updated Terms will be shown in the App or on the support website and will be effective as of the date shown on the page.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations of the developer’s location. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to a competent authority according to law.
